Idaho Outdoor Association Hall Rental Menu

The 20x60-foot Hall includes a foyer, kitchen, restrooms, and storage, plus a 40x40-foot meeting/event hall with a hardwood dance floor. 

Our maximum Hall Occupancy is:

• 70 people for Banquets 
• 100 people for Row Seating

Unfortunately, at this time, the Hall is not Handicapped Accessible. 

We at the IOA observe and enforce the *Boise Municipal Code for Noise Ordinances (see below). The Hall is located in a large residential area.

Event Rentals

Sundays through Saturdays until 11:00 p.m.

$350.00 daily, plus 6% Idaho Sales Tax or EIN# and a $200.00 refundable cleaning deposit.

We do not allow Smoking inside the building, DJs, confetti, glitter, or the use of tape to hang things on the walls.

Meeting Rentals

Sundays through Saturdays until 11:00 p.m.

• $80.00Sunday through Thursday, plus 6% Idaho Sales Tax or EIN# and a $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit. (Five hours total for meetings. Additional hours, $30.00 each.)
  
• $150.00 Fridays and Saturdays, plus 6% Idaho Sales Tax or EIN# and a $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit. (Five hours total for meetings. Additional hours, $30.00 each.)

We do not allow Smoking inside the building, DJs, confetti, glitter, or the use of tape to hang things on the walls.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or permit the operation of any loud amplification device in such a manner that the sound wherefrom:

1. is audible within any place of residence not the source of the sound, or,

2. is audible upon a public right-of-way or street one hundred (100) feet from the source of such sound.

*Section 6-20-07 PENALTY

Any person who violates any of the terms or provisions of this Ordinance shall be guilty of an Infraction and punishable by a fine of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00), excluding court costs and fees. (This amount may change.) There is no right to a trial by jury of a citation or complaint for an infraction, and such trials shall be held before the court without a jury.
