Three Point Mountain is a prominent feature visible from south Boise and the Snake River Plain. Oregon Trail travelers used it as a navigational landmark.
Our hike will take us up and over all three summits ot Three Point Mountain. Though short, at only 2.6 miles round trip, this outing is more challenging than any we have done so far this season. The route gains 700' of elevation and does not have a trail for the final push to the 3rd summit.
We will meet at the IOA Hall, 6:00 PM, and caravan from there.
