Idaho Outdoor Association
Calling all Members! Please join us for this fun volunteering opportunity. Each year we have a Fun-run, called Crater Crawl. We have a variety of positions from giving water to runners to helping with scraped knees. the Craters are not only quite a surprise to see in this landscape, but also, a natural, national monument and only about 45 minutes outside of Boise near Mountain Home. This year's theme is The Ghosts of Crater Crawl, so feel free to wear a costume, if you like.
September 12th is the course prep day and we move all the equipment from the Hall to the race site. We build the stations, prep the course, drop off the water stations and make sure everything is ready for Race Day September 13th, Saturday.
Race Day, September 13th: volunteers arrive between 8:30am and 9:00am. Come to Registration to sign in and get direction.
It's a fun day and we generally have a little party at the Hall after we clean up the race site and put things away. Please sign up here: https://runsignup.com/Race/Volunteer/ID/MountainHome/CraterCrawl
